SOLUTION: BG Diesel Thaw® is a fast,effective means of thawing gelled diesel fuel and restoring fuel flow. It will liquefy thickened fuel and melt ice crystals. It protects from the abrasiveness of low sulfur fuel, stays fluid in very low temperatures, and prevents entrained water from freezing.
• Mixes with all diesel fuels, especially in cold weather • Contains no alcohol • Complies with federal low sulfur content requirements • Catalytic converter, diesel particulate filter and oxygen sensor safe
BENEFITS: • Improves cold weather performance
USAGE: Add 1 quart (946 mL) of BG Diesel Thaw® directly into new fuel filter. Install new filter and start engine. If BG Diesel Thaw® is poured into a gelled fuel filter, first empty as much fuel as possible from the filter. Then, add BG Diesel Thaw® to the filter, re-install filter and wait three minutes to allow product to dissolve gelled fuel. Crank and start engine. This method may require multiple applications to keep the truck running. Remaining product can be poured into the fuel tank. Warm engine thoroughly before attempting full power.
